How to remove the right click print menu

In Win10 I did this by deleting all the keys for the word print under software and system in RegWorkshop

But under version 22621, I'm doing the same search for print keys and deleting them.
I did delete those registries. But there is still a print menu when I go to the desktop and right click

How can I completely delete all right-click print menus when I am offline?

I don't know if it's the case here, but deleting a key isn't always the right method, as Windows will sometimes sense a missing key and then use or copy it from elsewhere, such as the HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\ for example. But this is good information to be aware of in general, since adding/modifying a key in those cases is the solution.
