How to save the Notifications, VPN, Proxy settings after the sysprep?

Hello, I wanted to know if anyone knows how I can save these notification settings, vpn, proxy and even the main page of Internet Explorer.
Does anyone know how to save these settings after doing sysprep? or modify these configurations through a log file.
Why do not they include them in NTLite? or is it that they can not be saved?

If you sysprep and capture the image, during reseal you can use CopyProfile.
Enable that option in NTLite Unattended page when generating the unattended file (autounattend.xml in the image root folder).
So every time when resealing with sysprep, make sure to point to that unattended file - or at least one that has CopyProfile in it.
