i know this is going to sound like a stupid response, but......... follow the instructions given ?

your license needs online reactivation. so you click activate to start, otherwise you will be running in lite mode

Did you activate NTLite before, and re-installed Windows on the same system?
If NTLite was activated, did you export the License before re-imaging? When there's no backup, you have to reactivate by clicking the button.
