I need to delete Servicing Stack - System File Check (SFC)

SFC removal is blocked by Compatibility mode. Read the list from Extra info column: Locked by compatibility: Recommended, and System File Check.

Click on the Compatibility icon (top left corner), and uncheck both settings. Please be careful, unlocking the two settings will prevent NTLite from warning you about other removals which can break Windows.
 
personally i would not recommend removing SFC as you will have nothing to check your file system if something goes wrong, but , to each their own.
