Why would you want this update ? If I'm not mistaken all it does is adds a windows 7 is no longer supported nag ? KB3184143 is the one that gets ride of the GWX (Get Windows 10) Crapware

didn't that roll up cause issues with the windows Desktop stretching over multiple monitors, I believe the fix also had stability issues if I recall correctly.

Direct quote from Microsoft not 100% sure what the difference between 601 and 602 is, I believe 602 is Extended security updates only. however there are still issues after installing those updates. those are still on my "needs more research list. gone through a rather large number of updates already
