ICMP and DNS

1- What are those blocked ICMP connections on port 0? That's my firewall blocking them. How would I stop it instead of blocking with a firewall?

Blocked|1|IPv4 ICMP 185.244.212.66:0(8)|System|WindowsFirewall: Outgoing|System
Blocked|1|IPv4 ICMP 82.102.23.18:0(8)|System|WindowsFirewall: Outgoing|System

2- Here's more stuff my firewall is blocking. If one of these connections below are allowed, I get a DNS leak. How would I stop it instead of blocking with a firewall?
I believe these are DNS requests to my router. My internet still works without them, it even works better since it doesn't leak DNS. So I'd love to get rid of it completely.

Some IP could call ms for reporting your activity, same could do firefox trying to find "a hole" to report back, have you disabled in privacy - health report?

I think 192.168 connections are just dns requests (which I'd like to disable) but I have no idea why system has outgoing ICMP connections to various IPs.

On my system everything except these 3 are removed from Remoting and Privacy tab:

-IKE and auth ipsec keying modules
-KMS Connection broker
-Microsoft Account

nuhi

Hey nuhi, really need your help.

Can you show me whatever it is that's trying to connect to outside IPs on ICMP port 0? Any ideas?

Addtionally 192.161.1.1 on port 53, are they simple dns requests to router? My pc works fine blocking them so I'd rather have it removed too.
