Installer Initialization Failed error

Hi all,
Recently I prepared a windows 7 iso with Chriswayg's preset which I modified a little bit by me.
And when I tried to install Izotope RX6 the error came up.
I should have removed a component or disabled a service but don't know which one(s).
I'm adding a screenshot of the error below.
If helps I provide the preset too.

Yeah installed it on untouched and also on custom builds.On Win 10 custom build ISOs I haven't have such an issue.
With this (below) win 10 preset it installed flawlesly.
And maybe its something related with services. Below screenshots show my services

Your first post is about Windows 7, when Windows 7 is untouched, the install goes flawless?
 
Yes that's correct.
I've been using this software for a long time. It installs with no problem on untouched OSes. It also installs many slimmed versions of win 7 and win 10 but mine last.
Please could you have a look at my above post, I added my services screenshots. Maybe I disabled a required service.

I don´t know the default state of the services but in the preset you have changed Windows Update and Plug and play.
