Has anyone found a way to integrate the package: Intel Management Engine Components Driver?

As a standard INF/DLL/etc driver.

I see in another thread, someone is just calling the installer silent as a post-OOBE script

> call "%WINDIR%\Setup\Files\850 G1 Drivers\Intel Management Engine Components Driver\SetupME.exe" /s

I'm not a windows BOFH, but for example, Dell/OEM repackages the Intel package as:

Intel-Management-Engine-Components-Installer_M3H6W_WIN_2027.14.0.1683_A05_01.EXE
this contains
SetupME.exe
this contains a dozen MSIs, but none of them are standard driver directory hierarchies.

do you already have the driver installed? ntlite can import that driver for you. if the driver is on another system then you should find it here - C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository or here - C:\Windows\System32\DRVSTORE.
use Device Manager to find the driver name.
 
Whats your target OS? It should be easily grabbed from Chipset driverpack
