Internet Explorer 11 not integrating as it should

When integrating updates, it does not want to integrate IE11.
Even though I use Official IE11 .exe en-us file for en-us version of Windows iso (My Specific case is with making W7 Ultimate x64).

Using latest NTLite x64 (updated it 07/06/2018).
Note. I have installed it as Portable to C:\Program Files\NTLite ( Temp and Cache folder redirected into program install folder ).

* Please advise or acknowledge that it's been worked on.

* Or please redirect me into a Topic that shows what's the proper order of adding updates.
I add main updates first and then IE11 EN-US .exe + A single update for IE Specifically as instructed on Kasual 's instructions in He's topic "Windows 7 - Updates Download List 2018-02" / Using this list 7 x64 2018-02 Updates List.txt

* Telemetry and the mentioned problematic updates are not integrated.

Thank you Nuhi

In the list is only separated IE because:
Is not a direct download link.
There are people who don't use IE11 by compatibility matters or just don't like to use it.

I add all the updates to the queue list ant let NTLite to integrate them

But if one is Inclined to use IE11, what should be the exact steps of geting it integrated?

1) Integrate main updates
2) Make iso without any other changes
3) Load new iso
4) integrate IE11
5) make iso file without any other changes
6) load new iso
7) make all other changes ( remove stuff to shrink it, etc)
8) make the final iso

Or what should the exact steps be?

My choice:
1.- Load and integrate all updates, IE11 included and none left.
2.- Backup the updated source
3.- Removals and tweaks + drivers or removals only and 4th step for drivers integration + ISO creation or left for a 4th/5th step.
