ISO 22621.1 boot.wim missing French translation

Hello

I use ISO 22621.1 and I integrate updates, etc....

The problem is that part of the installation is in English (Windows Setup)
It seems to be fixed with the 22621.525, but impossible to use the boot.wim of the 22621.525 with the Install.wim of the 22621.1

You know which .mui or other file is used for this "translation" ?
I tried those in System32\fr-FR (boot.wim) but without success

Thanks

KB5019311 Out-of-Band fixes the localized setup issue. Next week's Oct 22 CU should merge it.

If you use non en-us Win11 22H2 ISO, you would notice that boot setup pages are not fully localized

that’s because the winpe lang packs (e.g. WinPE-Setup_fr-fr.cab / WinPE-Setup-Client_fr-fr.cab) are missing three files: arunres.dll.mui / spwizres.dll.mui / w32uires.dll.mui

those files currently only exist within the main lang pack (LP for install.wim) inside “setup\sources” folder and are separated per OS type: cli (Client), svr (Server), asz (Azure Stack HCI)

this brand type separation started with preview build 22557 and later
the fix is not complicated

– use 7-zip to open the main LP cab or esd file:
Microsoft-Windows-Client-Language-Pack_x64_zh-cn.cab
Microsoft-Windows-Client-LanguagePack-Package_zh-cn-amd64-zh-cn.esd

– press letter S on keyboard to quickly reach “setup” folder, then “sources\cli” folder insider, and extract the three files

– after you have mounted boot.wim index 2 and added WinPE-Setup lang packs, manually copy the extracted files to the lang directory
e.g. “C:\MountDir\sources\zh-cn\”

thank you for your help
I had looked for and recovered these 3 files precisely in the boot.wim of the .525 and integrated in the .1

Hello

I'm asking here just in case :)

With Windows 11 21h2, I customized the installation by changing the image at the very beginning of the installation (winre.jpg, winpe.jpg file, background and spwizimg.dll, if I remember correctly) in boot.wim

With Windows 11 22h2, I can only find the spwizimg.dll file and background image, so there is a moment when the image is in "all purple" and " all black"
winpe and winre.jpg are no longer the images for this (modified but without success (and the images are far too small=

Anyone know which file to edit ?

Thanks
