Looking for Black Friday discount (2025)

Hello,
In the previous years there used to be a black friday discount for NTLITE. I'm looking for it. Will there be a discount this year as well?
I'm looking for it in the upcoming days. Thanks

Generally there is a 24 hour Black Friday sale, starting in the Central European time zone. You should check the website for it.

If the sale is currently running, someone will usually post it on the forum. I would add a reminder on your smartphone, so you don't get distracted by other holiday shopping.
 
Thanks, but when is it? On what day? Here in Central Europe, Black Friday is basically every Friday in November, and on the first Friday in December.
We sure do have a twist on the original American tradition...
 
In America, we're only allowed one Black Friday per year. But Amazon keeps adding on extra Prime Days... /shrug
 
I love to watch people lose their minds over black fridays especially when you can save much more money over the year with very canny shopping :cool:

Nope. Black Friday as popularized in the US is the Friday immediately after Thanksgiving.

US Thanksgiving is the 4th Thursday of November. But Thanksgiving can fall on Nov. 22 through Nov. 28 in the calendar. So it's not always the last Friday of the month. It's like Patch Tuesday (2nd Tuesday of any month except Dec.) and Preview Tuesday (4th Tuesday except for Dec.).

If Thanksgiving is Nov. 22, then you're stuck with a extra week leading into Christmas. Maybe the EU will come up with a different definition of Black Friday. ;)
 
nuhi can decide in 2029 if he does two Black Fridays, or totally disappoints one half of his user base.

Sorry, every time I searched on Google I found that it would be on the last Friday of November, so it's a mistake on several websites. I had heard about Thanksgiving but I never bothered to look into exactly which day it fell on.
 
Just bought the upgrade license, I have been a NTlite paid user since 2021, and before it XPLite, I can never install Windows from an unmodified ISO !!!
