When running UltraISO to write ISOs to USB, I have the attached message after clicking on "Write" so I have to click on "OK" to start burning them.

I used a 19041.1 Enterprise x64 pt-pt image.

EDIT: Sometimes I have a second message after this one and I have to click on "OK". Even after clicking on "OK" twice, sometimes I have to click on "Write" again to try to write ISOs and there are times I have to click on "OK" twice because I have the two messages so in this case I have to click on "Write" twice and on "OK" three times on total.

try Rufus(portable) and see if you get the same message. plug the usb key in, dont open it in explorer then start rufus and see what happens.
might be an idea to create the image with ntlite(dont make iso), do what you need to the image folder then create an iso with ntlite then burn with rufus.

I don't have this problem with Rufus but I use UltraISO to edit the ISOs.

defender/malware scan using the drive? not a fan of ultraiso, i use nero9. i extract iso's, make changes, create a new iso.

I have this message without Microsoft Defender or other antivirus installed. Extracting takes a lot of time.

ultraiso to edit iso files are bad idea... creating or extracting a iso file doesn't take more than 30secconds. its not compressed

life goes like that sometimes. you have change your way of working or your tools. or a bit of both.

I stopped using UltraISO since I was able to integrate the Windows 10 pre-activation file on NTLite.

When formatting an USB device, Windows always states it's being used by another program or process.

EDIT: It looks like I don't have this problem on Windows 11.
