Could it be possible that

-NTLite downloads and integrates/installs retail or volume edition of latest microsoft office just like it downloads and integrates windows updates?
-maybe support to select 2010-2013-2016-2019 and selection of products like word-excel-powerpoint one by one

i saw some cmd works out there which downloads and installs office so damn easly.. and there is a software called office tool plus which does the same but with a fancy gui..

Nein!

Yes, you can download latest Office build with a script, basically an INI file and Office setup program.
NTLite is about Windows, and downloading large Office build and copying that into the image is not fitting into the picture.

thank you for answer, personally i tried it myself but it seems setup file needs windows to be started or something it fails all the time during windows setup..

Same script works when ran manually?
How about when executing setupcomplete.cmd content after setup? That line in particular, no need for the whole cmd, you can copy the line from ISO.
It will show any issues, could be you're using the XML/INI passive file in parameters wrong.
Make sure to recopy the Setup\Files content back from ISO to Windows before starting the line.
