This is a minor question, not a problem.
Perhaps something that's known but I saw that syncutil.dll was removed correctly due to me removing the components around it, but while it's not in System32 or SysWOW64, it is still present in WinSxS under it's appropriate directory.
Is this intentional or is this something that would count for improved cleanup?
