Missing Task Bar Icons and Game Not Working

Hi my taskbar icons disappear are gone every time I check the ISO in a VM.

I've tested the default ISO non-modified too, and the Task Bar Icons are visible as you'd expect them to be.
The ISO I mainly used was 1709, but I've also tested 1809 and the Task Bar Icons still disappear.
I also can't launch Battlefield V, the launcher and Origin works fine, but the game itself won't launch.
I've attached my .XML preset that I used and a picture showing the problem.

Quick update: I've fixed the Task Bar Tray icons (I had it disabled in the Settings pane), but Battlefield V still wont work.
