Need Admin privileges to edit a mount directory?

I'm trying to change the default wallpaper for one of my images. I have chosen "explore mount directory", then browsed to Windows > Web > Wallpaper > Windows

where I located "img0.jpg" and I'm trying to replace that file with another one, also named "img0.jpg" but I'm getting an error regarding the need for admin privilege. I'm confused, since I rand NTlite as admin.

What am I doing incorrectly?

By default, some files (including wallpaper images) are protected by Administrator or TrustedInstaller rights.

NTLite is running as Admin (always), but the Explorer folder isn't. Download PowerRun, and open an elevated Explorer to browse NTLite's mount directory. Now you won't have any permission issues, but only do this step to replace protected files.
