NTLite / 1809 (LTSC 2019) component removal issues

Using NTLite 1.7.2.6650 on "en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_be3c8ffb.iso"

Removing NarratorQuickStart doesn't seem to be working properly, as sfc /scannow restores the system app to C:\Windows\SystemApps when run after a fresh install. This is true if it is the only component removed.

Also for the attached test.xml, sfc /scannow is trying to repair these two:
Repairing corrupted file \??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Diagnosis\OfflineSettings\\offlineblocklist.json from store
Repairing corrupted file \??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Diagnosis\WindowsAnalytics\\analyticsevents.dat from store

I assume from removing "Windows Error Reporting" and subcomponents?

Assistance appreciate.
 
Im getting something similar (sfc worked fine a while back)

00002208 [SR] Repairing corrupted file \??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Diagnosis\DownloadedSettings\\utc.allow.diffbase from store

On a clean install, not sure what is causing it. Would be nice to have a clean integrity check :p
