NTLite 2.0.0.7656 doesn't run on Windows 7 x64

This is a official ISO from Microsoft? or is Custom ISO? And with the previous versions this problem is present?
Tagging nuhi to provide better information what is causing this problem, and also he could explain another steps to proceed.

Make sure you upload pictures, and also the version of Windows 7 used when trying open NTLite.
 
Make sure to have this SHA2 update KB installed on Win7/2008R2:
64-bit version.
32-bit version.

That should help, it's the only known dependency since MS introduced it as a requirement to check on file signatures.

Yes it is the official win 7 sp1 x64 ultimate edition.

Well I have done the SHA2 update KB installed on Win7/2008R2 and the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [October 2014] because it was telling me it needed it too.
Upon restarting it says "failure configuring windows updates reverting changes"
and is in the process of rolling back the updates at this time saying it was not successful.
 
The good news is that once it reached the desktop again NTLite 2.0.0.7656 does start up and run like it is supposed to that much is solved just have to fix what is wrong with the windows update issues but thats not the place for that here I think thanks for all the help.
