Hi Etienne,

thanks for reporting.
That particular error doesn't look like NTLite-specific, looking online seems like a Visual C++ Runtimes reinstall and SFC scan might help.
Please try these recommendations, and let me know if you managed to fix it.
Keep an eye on "<Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords>" if it still errors out after those steps.

Hi nuhi, none of these steps helped...even on a fresh Windows 10 v1903 image it's not working...I cannot be feeling so silly ;-(

You have no reason to feel silly, it's obviously not your fault.

If you have any doubts that this is not normal, try running the tool on some other machine that is not under the same domain.

There was a compiler update for the latest NTLite, maybe they fixed something in the background, try build 7165 (ntlite.com/download).
If it's the same, that's fine.

To bypass this issue without reinstalling Windows, can you install a virtual machine, for example VMWare Player, install Windows 10 in it and VMWare Tools, then run the tool from inside it. It's not as complicated as it sounds, and once setup you have it instantly ready for the next time.

Let me know how it goes.
