Yes, a home license give you access to All the options that are availible and they are the same no matter which type of license you purchase.
"Other machine hardware list imports and hidden devices" - You can create a hardware list(for driver requirements) for any machine and import that for the loaded image, not just the host os you are working from, so you can build an os for specific hardware requirements, so you could build an image for an intel machine from an amd host for example.
"Export drivers from image or install(host)" - NTLite can back up(export) drivers from the host and the image so you can save them for use later on.
"Exclude irrelevant drivers from the integration list" - not a 100% sure but i would think exlude 32bit drivers for a 64bit os.
"Auto-fill unattended options" - NTLite will use any product key, username, machine name, locale and language options from the host machine providing the loaded image(os) is the same, ie w7 Pro x64 host and w7 Pro x64 image you are working on.
"Update cache (WinSXS)" - NTLite can delete most of winsxs's contents, some files and folders cannot be deleted, in my experience you can reduce the folder size to 150mb depending on the os.
"License never expires" - as it says, your license will never expire. From time to time
nuhi will introduce new features which he calls premium features. If you decide you want to use these newer features you can renew your license to access them.
