NTLite upgrade. Uninstall old then install new needed?

Windows 10 x64. When NTLite is installed on a PC and a new build comes out is it necessary to uninstall the older one then install the new one?
Otherwise is it OK to just install the new version on top of the older one?
 
You can install new versions onto existing ones, no need to uninstall. Good tip - Make a copy of the existing NTLite folder, rename it NTLite-version number, then install new version. You can always go back to a previous version then and you always have activated(if you have purchased a licensed) copies backed up. :)
