NTLite Warning Task-> Note-> Protections Disabled

I received a warning on Apply: "Protections are disabled,there will be no support unless an issue is persistent with protections enable."
I created the ISO and did an install without any problems.
I am curious what does this message refers to?

You have edited the string DisableProtection (false to true) in the file settings.xml, next to NTLite.exe.

This option protects needed components (by, and for other components) from being removed, also those required to start and/or install Windows properly.

If you have an issue with protections disabled, there is more likely you will have no support.
