That is the GPT System Drive scheme.
Take a GPT HDD/SDD an Plug in as secondary or USB drive and you will see 2 or 3 (auto mode) partitions.
This is due to the install.wim image exceeding the 4GB file size limit of fat32. The only way to prevent it making an NTFS partition which isn't compatible with secure boot is to compress the install.wim to an install.esd.
