The following are already enabled:

System > .NET Framework Core > Task Scheduler > Task Scheduler – 32-bit (Time Broker service)
System > Credential Manager
System > Edge HTML Viewer > Browser window frame (IEFrame) > Browser window frame (IEFrame – 32-bit)
Remoting and Privacy > Microsoft Account > Microsoft Passport
Network > Internet Explorer Jscript – 32-bit > Internet Explorer HTML Viewer – 32 bit

But it needs something else in addition under Windows Apps to allow the profile to be created without error? Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply! Here's the Outlook error when attempting to create profile:

You are going too far, try to keep firewall, data, sync, one core, access, certificate, autorization, credentials, windows mail and containers.

I don't get why u remove so much and still not use windows7... removing causes problems try disabling instead

Any specific examples on how each one benefits the standard windows 10 user? Containers, for example, is an alternative to virtualization right albeit more for developers?

There is no Win7 option for ARM64, and I'm trying to find out the bare minimum set of components needed to boot Windows 10 by stripping everything out leaving just a super Windows PE to match the lesser amount of resources used by Linux; we are then left with the know-how on how to build Windows 10 from scratch as opposed to stripping it in reverse by trial and error.

Regarding the Outlook issue I'm now down to one of these components being responsible:
DevQuery Background Discovery Broker
Map Control
Modern App support > Data Sharing Service
Modern App support > OneCore UAP Common Proxy Stub – 32-bit
Modern App support > OneCore UAP Common Proxy Stub – 32-bit > Modern App support – 32-bit
Modern App support > Resource Mapping
Network Connection Broker > Networking Background Transfer
Retail Demo Content
Skype ORTC
Webcam Experience
Windows Mixed Reality
Windows Reader (PDF)

I'm guessing it's the OneCore UAP... will find out next test...

Fortunately, I've now solved this issue for Outlook:

Modern App support > OneCore UAP Common Proxy Stub – 32-bit > Modern App support – 32-bit

So that should be added to Microsoft Office compatibility in NTLite, albeit the 32-bit version.
