Performance issues, Windows Scheduler.

I tried coreprio.exe for grins. But since I don't have a dual die CPU that's constrained by memory channels, made no difference on my old X4 AMD. (On Win7 anyway, which is where I'm currently booted. (As for unparking cores n Win8.1, I'm using CoreParkManager to keep all the cores unparked there.))

But it did lead me to Process Lasso, which is supposed to keep the system from locking up when a process wants to take 100% of the CPU.

IM gonna look at the video and articles to get the full lowdown and try putting my audio tools through cores 3 and/or 4. I can set core affinity in REAPER settings but i need task manager or Process Lasso for Audacity and Sound Forge.

Understandably I advise against using this on Intel products, I benchmarked CorePrio out of curiosity on my i7-4770K @ 4.1 GHz using PassMark full CPU test and saw a ~19.3% decrease of performance during each trial run.

TR with 4 active CCX has a weird setup, only 2 ccx'x connect directly with the memory controller, or something like that. Seems like it isnt needed with a single die, thanks for posting Kjell. :)

Im waiting for Ryzen 3 3300/X, 6 cores on a single ccx possibly, 50 and 65 watters. :)

When I was trying to connect the router with y system after using the rescheduler suddenly connection failed with error 651 and it was not working at all so please help me to fix the problem.
