These are presets for beginners.

Warning. Pack contains some Barebone presets. DO NOT use these if you are a beginner. These are intended for experienced users only and have even given them problems. Barebone presets are written for my needs, a very lite offline pc with no networking unless stated in the file name.

Windows 10 - Release information. This link gives details of all the windows 10 builds.
Pack contains presets for
Windows 10 1809 - 10.0.17763.107 Rerelease - Untouched ISO. Can be used on LTSC.
Windows 10 1803 - 10.0.17134 Redstone 4 'April 2018 Update' - Untouched ISO.
Windows 10 1709 - 10.0.16299 Redstone 3 ‘Fall Creators Update’ - Untouched ISO.
Windows 10 1703 - 10.0.15063 Redstone 2 ‘Creators Update’ - Untouched ISO.
Windows 10 1607 - 10.0.14393 Redstone 1 ‘Anniversary Update’ - Untouched ISO.
Windows 8.1 Update 3 - Untouched ISO. Preset also included in 8.1 tweak pack.
Windows 7 SP1 - Updated with KB3125574. There will be no new presets.

All presets have been compiled on the 64bit Professional editions(unless stated in the filename) and they can be used on 32bit architecture.
All presets are for the install.wim.
Any Barebone preset will be clearly labelled.
Any preset for the boot.wim will be clearly labelled and are for the boot.wim - Microsoft Windows Setup, not for PE.

When a preset is updated the older versions will remain so users can roll back to an earlier version if they want to.
Place the Registry folder inside the NTLite Program Files directory so any registry file can be called directly if they are part of a preset.

Preset pack layout.
6.1.SP1 = Windows 7 with Service Pack 1.
6.3.U3 = Windows 8.1 Update 3.
10.0.1607 = Windows 10 1607 - 10.0.14393 Redstone 1 ‘Anniversary Update’, Professional and Enterprise S LTSB.
10.0.1709 = Windows 10 1709 - 10.0.16299 Redstone 3 ‘Fall Creators Update’.
10.0.1703 = Windows 10 1703 - 10.0.15063 Redstone 2 ‘Creators Update’
10.0.1803 = Windows 10 1803 - 10.0.17134 Redstone 4 'April 2018 Update'.
10.0.1809 = Windows 10 1809 - 10.0.17763.107 Rerelease.
Archive = Contains the same folder structure as above.

Windows 10 - Build 1709

I'll test it for you :) Since I want to achieve my Liter W10 AIO :p

"Stage 1" should have SmartCard and XP mode support. Would be nice to leave them in Since some of the General public does use ID cards to log into Banks and government and healthcare sites.

1709 is being tested and customised by Kasual.
Stage 1 is an iso cleanup.
Smart card is not used by home users, only corporate entities.
If i leave in too much then the whole idea is pointless.
Ripping out so much? It is a Lite preset. i get 1.1/2gb stable installed on a barebone preset.
This is my project, rename "your" preset and move it elsewhere and remember i did the bulk of the work and deserve credit for it.

I'll rename it. And you have done the work! Not claiming fame here. Just sharing is caring. And I do it fully knowing that you take a look at it :)

Just to inform you about Estonian's using Smart Card / ID Cards with chips on Daily basis:
(Just recently there was a whole masshysteria because the whole country has to change Certificates on their cards)

At the moment working privately to accomplish the tweaked full version of Win7 AIO x64.
Would love to add full availability of Windows Games (Card Games, Chess that come within the ISO) and have an integrated Power Plan as well somehow.
Still removing some languages and fonts thanks to your help :)
Leaving in Smart Card and recovery though. For later not having to reinstall on every little hiccup.

As for My personal needs. Probably will come to my personal use Win7 at a later time. And there I might ask for help, since I'm not that savvy like you Clanger :) (A) There I probably would love some reg and other nifty tweaks that you have up your sleeves :)

Thank god for Tweakers like you and ofc, other women and gentlemen Who like things their way and not in a generalized stamp way :)

Also for @nuhi to know.

Reporting a little thing that's probably not a thing.
When trying to use a single Preset on an Unlocked ISO image content (Windows ISO unpacked Folder) it does not add Windows Games and "Power Control" settings under Configure > Settings > "Power Control" > Paging file (pagefile) ... to all the other WIM's besides the one you did "Load" the first time around. Meaning you really do have to go over every WIM file separetly before converting back to an ISO file.

Am currently building an image based on Clanger's Advanced Preset.

In her README she has two KB's preinstalled that I don't have. They are:

Windows6.1-KB3145739-x64.msu
Windows6.1-KB3153199-x64.msu

That worried me, since I didn't have them. So I let WSUS Offline Updater update a previously NTLite'd version of Win7. Still didn't see those two KB's in the new list of KB's.

So that took me to the WSUS tracker. The WSUS guys say that these two KB's are obsolete and have been replaced.

See

http://trac.wsusoffline.net/changeset/815
http://trac.wsusoffline.net/changeset/772

(IIRC I've suggested that a possible feature for NTLite would be to call out obsolete or replaced KB's in the Update Page, suggesting alternatives. But that would be a LOT of extra work.)

In you README for your Advanced Preset for Win7, you say I will need a replacement Explorer Search tool.

I don't mind the basic Windows Search tool at the bottom of the Start Menu. But I use an old version of Copernic (pre-NETframework) for advanced searches.

Is that what you're talking about when you talk about a 3rd party Explorer Search Utility ?

Oops. Looks like I took too much out of Clanger's Advanced Preset. Got an error message during install about regsvr that "The program can't start because urlmon.dll is missing." Rats. Too aggressive. (Although after clicking okay, it looks like the Install in continuing.)

The updates and servicing stack i use for kb3125574 were technically correct when i got them. They give a stable installation and a fixed reference point when i am preset building or beta testing because i know what the results should be and i can easily spot issues and pass my results to Nuhi because the only variable is the builds themselves You can replace those updates with superseeded ones.

Yes, that is what i meant by a 3rd party search utility. Everything by VoidTools beats windows buiilt in file search(it sucks monkey balls).

I tried to run a program called Never10, that automatically modifies your Registry to prevent Microsoft from updating Win7 to Win10. (Which I think MS stopped doing. But I feel better locking MS out.)

Anyway, the program has always run before in my NTLite'd Win7's. But in Clanger's Advanced, IE is removed from the beginning. That gave me the urlmon.dll error during install.

I copied a urlmon.dll file over from a working Win7 to my NTLite'd Win7 and now Never10 works. That's surprising because everyone on the 'net says that you have to register urlmon.dll using regsvr32 from a command line.

Anyway, nuhi, if you're reading this, should urlmon.dll not be removed when IE stuff is ripped out?

Hmmm... this is interesting. Without the Windows Search tool, how do I open a command prompt? (I probably have to drill over to it in C:\Windows.)

Update: Yep.

So, still goofing around with my 1st version of Clanger's Advanced Preset. Decided to try a sfc /scannow after the missing urlmon.dll error.

sfc finished and said it repaired some corrupted stuff. I looked at the CBS log, but it makes no sense to me. A lot of winSxS stuff. Did it put back stuff that NTLite took out? (C: drive stayed the same tidy 2.9 GB after a reboot.)

Am making my 3rd attempt and telling Compatibility to keep urlmon.dll. (We'll see if that solves the install problem.) Going to sleep now.
