If I place Hyper-V Manager's desktop shortcut ("Gestor de Hyper-V" in portuguese) on the same user desktop shortcut as my printer's software's desktop shortcut (HP Officejet 6500 E710a-f) and click the "F5" key, Hyper-V Manager's desktop shortcut goes to the last place and so it doesn't follow the alphabetical order.
I used a 19041.1 Enterprise x64 pt-pt image.
EDIT: I have this problem when using a 19041.1 Enterprise x64 pt-pt image with only the latest updates integrated so it isn't NTLite's fault.
EDIT 2: It looks like I don't have this problem in Windows 11.
