If so you did it, wich components did you kept?

I have seen access denied to folders when folder links are clicked (Show protected and system files and folders is enabled in folder options).
If you use notepad, i do recommend you Notepad++ and the only file i have edited but needed Admin rights, is the hosts file, when that happens in Notepadd++, it asks to reload with admin rights and keep the changes made, ready to save the file (don't need to do changes again).

As i have seen already, you have enabled the built in administrator account, i have used Win 10 with the built in Administrator account and had some problems, add another Administrator account and test both, Win 10 built in administrator account doesn't have the same Win 7 administrator account behavior for sure.
