Greetings, dear friends.
Probably someone can help me with this specific problem.
I have a laptop with preinstalled single language win11 (build 22000.469) which is 21h2 family one.
My goal is to change it's language without reinstalling windows as i need to preserve preinstalled apps.
I found out, that to do that i'll have to manually install Client-Language-Package and LanguageFeatures-Basic-package with specific version from my family build and specific architecture.
Using uupdump (many thanks to it's dev(s)), i found specific cumulative and upgrade ISO's for this exact language, just in case.
And there i found the files which i believe i need to manually install.
Microsoft-Windows-Client-LanguagePack-Package_uk-ua-amd64-uk-ua.esd053766b92a754c8bc16dd6da16851139c79fef8f18.47 MiB
Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Basic-uk-ua-Package-amd64.cab5b7a652f524f076a84c5563cc8d734156b1382588.37 MiB

Using cmd under admin priveleges, i manually installed these two packages with next command:
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:
And it resulted in success, checked it with dism /online /Get-Packages command.
Next, i have made following changes in registry:
reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language /v InstallLanguage /t REG_SZ /d 0422 /f
reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language /v Default /t REG_SZ /d 0422 /f
The language id 0422 that i have used is the one from microsoft documentation pages: first page, second page

Up to this stage, everything seems to be ok, but then, after reboot, windows system won't boot anymore.
On the boot i face the critical error in boot, where it leads me to log file:
c:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt
And using cmd type command, because while in restore menu i can't even open up explorer, i have read the log to find out specific error. It was:
The boot critical file C:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\CiPolicies\Active\{letters-and-numbers}.cip is damaged.
- Okay, i thought, and tried to revert these two changes in registry and set up manually default language ID, but the problem still remained exactly the same.
Next, i have tried to reset the system to default via reset option, but it didn't help.
Next, i tried to restore to the backup point which was made during first registry changes and it did help me to boot the system succesefully, but, with stock preinstalled single language by manufacturer.

So... For first, let me thank you for your time which you spent reading this problem of mine.
And, probably, someone knows which possible mistakes i made and, at last, how to succesefully manually install different language in my case?
Sorry for possible mistakes which i made while explaining everything, english isn't native for me.

Thanks again.

Unfortunately, we can't discuss replacing installed languages for Single Language edition, since it breaks NTLite forum rules. While MS allows adding extra languages to any non-SL edition, modifying SL is strictly against the license agreement. This forum has to respect that rule.

I have seen solutions for this exact question on other sites, which you are free to search.

Closing this question as it can't be answered here, or fixed with NTLite software.
