I have recently made a custom windows ISO and I think I have marked both the skip Microsoft account and local account because it started with an account in it, and I have reserved my SSD where it was my windows and where I installed now. So what I wanna know is there if I mark both boxes on the NT lite program it creates a user with a generic password or something like that?

BypassRNO setting only allows you to use a Local User account instead of a MS Account, when using OOBE Setup. It doesn't create any primary user account for you, that still has to be done through OOBE or by Unattended mode. If your Unattended setup doesn't enable the Administrator account or create a new local user, then you will be asked by OOBE to create the primary user.

Microsoft Account setting defines whether users are allowed to create or use accounts using their MS Account identities.

There is no generic password for new accounts. Either you're allowed to leave the password blank, or are forced to pick one on logon if your Windows password policy requires every account to have one.
