I have searched the threads here, and they helped with some of my questions. Two still persist, and I got a new one after playing a bit more:
1 - What do I need to keep for Immersive Control Panel app work?
2 - I keep getting 3 or 4 instances of "Error 1907. Could not register font. Verify that you have sufficient permissions to install font." when installing Office 2013. I don't need the hundreds of fonts inbuilt in windows, but I have to keep them or otherwise I can't install. Does anyone here knows which ones I have to keep for the installation to work? I did make sure to keep Spanish and English languages, since Portuguese Office comes with those, but I still get those errors.
3 - Updates: I have noticed I sometimes get a "windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer's hardware" after integrating a few updates. Searching on the subject, it seems related to telemetry updates, but even after taking all of them from the list I still get this problem. How do I fix that? I have noticed it seems to play nicer if I use NTLite in two steps, one to update and enable-disable stuff, another to actually delete components. Below I have attached the XMLs, after re-running the program and not filling the unattended part for privacy reasons.
Update on the last one: Better to do the process in three parts: One to configure components, one for integration of updates and drivers, one for removal an tweaks. Error was caused by .Net Framework, being updated before it was activated. *Shrugs*
Update on that first one: Make sure the Windows Store and Microsoft Account services are on their default settings. I don't know why it needs the later though.
I still don't have the foggiest on which Fonts Word needs to install silently or without errors. So I sysprep it into the image and proceed to remove the components afterwards, sidestepping the issue. ; )
