Reinstallation of 4524570 after being integrated

I am getting ready to migrate to windows 10. First, I created a windows 10 virtual environment. I used NTLITE and integrated the following updates into win10 1909, due to the limitations of integrating updates in a windos 7 host environment. See attached preset. I then created a ISO with the integrated updates. From their I went into my normal environment and applied the 2nd preset. Everything went well with no errors. I installed the modified ISO into a virtual environment. I was checking for updates in the virtual environment and 4524570 needed to be reinstalled. This update resets the windows components and cortana, etc reappear. Please check into this.
 
I have the same situation, after intergration of KB4524570 in ISO, same kb is going to reinstall in Windows??
Windows 10 1909 Pro, latest NTLite PRO 1.8.0.7240
 
Update. I managed to implement update by re-adding source but... After this update all XMLs are useless, all settings are not applied.
Is there any way to fix this?
