Remove the Microsoft Quick Assist app without removing Remote Assistance

How can I remove the Microsoft Quick Assist app without removing Remote Assistance? I can't find an option to only remove the first so I removed Remote Assistance and it removed both. Also, I don't know why but the Calculator app is in English in Apps & Features and not in my language and after I run the app it shows up in my language. I chose the Portuguese Portugal keyboard layout and it installed the Brazilian Portuguese, not the Portuguese Portugal one.

I feel like this language issue is a known one, I remember hearing similar reports on the insider builds. Might be worth checking in on the Feedback Hub to see if there are similar reports. I know Microsoft has been upgrading the Feedback hub to handle reports in a more localized fashion so that language related issues are grouped in a more meaningful way so Microsoft can better troubleshoot such issues.

I uninstalled the Feedback Hub in the current install and removed it in the NTLite customized version. Anyway, in my current install it shows up as it should be.

Code:
DISM /Online /Remove-Capability /CapabilityName:App.Support.QuickAssist~~~~0.0.1.0

There should be a way to remove it using this program but could you tell me how can I use that cmdlet, anyway? I have another problem besides the keyboard one. If I remove Internet Explorer Feature (UI) and Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer in the Components's tab in NTLite Edge's taskbar icon doesn't show up in spite of being able to click it (it's invisible or missing) but if I keep them but remove Internet Explorer 11 in the Features's tab I won't have the Edge's taskbar icon problem but Internet Explorer 11 will show up in Apps & Features after I install Windows 10.

EDIT: If I don't remove any keyboard layout (I was removing all but the Portuguese Portugal one) in the Components's tab and don't change anything in the Unattend's OOBE tab I won't have the problem I was having with the keyboard layout but everytime I install Windows 10 I will have to choose the language, keyboard, region, etc., OOBE steps, which is annoying, since one of the things I wanted in the first place was to be able to skip those steps.

Try:
Don't remove portuguese and brasilian languages/layouts.

For the DISM, use at Post-setup, Add button-Command

can you upload your preset?

Did you try to set local settings to your location/language?

Thanks, I didn't know I could use it in NTLite. NTLite should be able to remove it like the other apps without needing to do something in the Post-Setup tab, anyway.

But like I said before, I already didn't remove a keyboard layout (even less the portuguese one) but if I do that I'll have to follow the language steps on the OOBE which is annoying. How can I skip those language steps on the OOBE without having the Brazilian Portuguese keyboard layout but the Portugal's Portuguese one and fix Edge's taskbar missing icon problem without having Internet Explorer 11 installed but only Edge?

and solve the Edge's taskbar missing icon problem without having Internet Explorer 11 installed but only Edge?

For the first, try what i suggested before and there should be another one: Pseudolocal (something alike), keep that too and use Unattend tab.

For the second one, send your report to support @ ntlite com, don't forget to include your preset and log files.

The Microsoft Quick Assist app still shows up in Apps & Features after I used DISM like you said after using abbodi86's cmdlet. The cmdlet doesn't even work after installing Windows 10.

I'll see what happens if I don't uncheck Pseudolocal but it doesn't explain why the region is changed to Brazil and I don't understand why you mentioned it since what apparently causes this is the removal of the keyboard layouts. Should I also keep again the keyboard layout all checked up? I can't uncheck the US one and after using NTLite it adds an English (US) Language (not in the keyboard layout tab), I don't know why. What do you mean with using the Unattend's tab?

EDIT: I configured WindowsPE (Setup options) in the Unattend's tab and didn't uncheck a keyboard layout in the Components's tab as well as not configured anything in the OOBE in the Unattend's tab and I didn't have the keyboard problem. Now it says the region is Portugal and not Brazil, although I still have to do all those steps during install regarding the language, region, keyboard, etc.! It looks like it has the same results if I configure the WindowsPE (Setup options) or not.

Can you please summarize the issue, as I see you backtracked on some of it.
For example:
- I want to auto-set Portuguese (Portugal) automatically silently
- after setup if I use the attached preset it shows me Portuguese (Brazil) in Windows
?
Thanks.

It's about that but I'm still trying different combinations. Also, I wanted to be able to remove the Microsoft Quick Assist app with a cmdlet in NTLite. The mentioned cmdlet didn't work even after installing Windows.

EDIT: One more thing, how can I do an upgrade install if I remove the OOBE steps?

For manual upgrade, while in components, click compatibility icon in toolbar, check manual setup, otherwise, you wont just like a cheeseburguer without cheese can't be ch-b.

upload your preset.

From wich version do you want to upgrade to?

I may only upload it after I try different combinations. I was just testing it. It doesn't matter if I want to upgrade from an older version to a more recent one. The question is that it isn't even asked what type of install I want and it automatically chooses the custom install.

EDIT: Forget it, I think it's working now. I unchecked the two Skip EULA Pages and I didn't have the keyboard problem (I didn't remove any language or keyboard layout and didn't change the languages in Unattend's tab) but now I have even more steps to follow.

I haven't had any problem upgrading nor installing win 10, without a preset we can't troubleshoot problems just guessing.
