[RFC] Rename "components" for a better description

Hi,

first of all. Thank you for this excellent and free tool !

I would like to request the following components to be renamed :

Remove
Components
Windows Apps
Apps
windowscommunicationsapps

to : Calendar, Mail & People

and

Remove
Components
Windows Apps
System Apps
immersivecontrolpanel

to : PC Settings

To make it easier to understand what that option does.

This is now Windows Mail or Mail, Calendar is integrated in it and People is another component that you can find in Apps Section, NTLite is getting better with updates, do you have the latest?

Windows Apps
System Apps
immersivecontrolpanel

to : PC Settings
i agree with it.

Take a look here:

do you have the latest?
Ooops, made change request without telling which version I was using o_O. Bad, bad me

But I am using the latest stable one : 1.4.1.5632 // 64-bit
Im using it "offline" on an Windows 8.1 update 3 - x64 iso.

In that version disabling windowscommunicationsapps will remove Calendar, Mail and People from Start menu. So I am assuming you are using it on Windows 10 ?

Nice writeup :)

For me the main reason for renaming this one is that I "broke" some trial images by disabling that setting without checking first what it really did :D. After some more trial and error I decided to keep this one enabled just to be sure.

Thanks!

I'm using the latest beta 1.6 and offline Win 10 RS3 x64
I have read a couple of hours ago that windows mail is not encrypting mails when you think so, they has declared that an attacker could access to your mails when is not because windows mail sends mails in plain text.

Rather than renaming components i would have the official name, windowscommunicationsapps and a quick name, PC Settings in brackets. Some people prefer official names, others a quick name, like we have with services,
Service name - BITS
Description - Background Intelligent Transfer Service

That way a user can use either term in the search box :).

While we are at it, a Suggestion. Expand the search facility to search notes and descriptions too because sometimes a user wont know an official name and can just search PC Settings(for example) and handy when a user has a brain fart :D.
