Looks like NTLite is not saving a list of removed updates to the Preset, which means I would have to do this manually one-by-one all over again for another run.
Fortunately a trick is to simply finish and create an ISO with the updates removed first, before doing anything, and then having that cleaned ISO handy.
But it seems like functionality that should exists nontheless and it feels missing. Also as mentioned, updates can only be removed one-by-one, there is no multi-select or queueing possible.
I wanted to test out how it'll work, I've removed from highest to lowest KB number in order to help avoid conflicts.
