This is weird. After I clicked on setup.exe it didn't even let me choose the type of install (custom or upgrade) and immediately moved all my files and folders to a Windows.old folder and removed all my programs like it was a custom install.
EDIT: Now I tried running the setup.exe from the ISO MSMG ToolKit created and it said "We can't tell if your PC has enough space to continue installing Windows 10".
EDIT 2: Now I was able to install Windows from the ISO MSMG ToolKit created and it looks like it did an upgrade install but it didn't let me choose the type of install.
EDIT 3: It looks like it's related with the autounattend file. I had to delete it and even after that it wouldn't let me choose the type of install but I think it'll do an upgrade install. How can I keep the autounattend file and the upgrade install?
