Slipstream .NET Framework 5.1 to Windows 7 WIM

Hi,
Can I use NTLite to integrate all updates (excluding ESU ones) + WMF 5.1 + .NET Framework 4.8 to a base Windows 7 Enterprise with SP1 x86 WIM?
If it's possible, can someone explain me how to do this please?
Is it just by simply adding those cabs to the list of updates to integrate?
KB2872035
KB3033929
KB3191566

Same question for .NET Framework 4.8.
My goal is to be able to have a fully updated Windows 7 Enterprise with SP1 x86 WIM that won't need any update to be added after it's been deployed using MECM/SCCM.
I've tried MSMG Toolkit but the WIM still has 34 updates to install... and I'm not sure I can add them in the WIM easily.
The closest I could get to my goal was by using NTLite (I have bought a full licence) but I still needed to add .NET Framework 4.8 and WMF 5.1 during my deployment resulting in 2 supplemental reboots.
I would like to add them to the wim so I won't need those 2 reboots.

Thanks for your help
