Software Install Issues

So I have ran into some problems with post installs.. I have moved to Windows 10 Enterprise 1903 and have office 2016 SFX package with a few msi's all of a sudden I have machines just spinning at the Windows logo not completing Windows 10 install. what's weird is it works on my surfacebook and all HyperV's but laptops its failing on. anyone else having issues?

am I doing something wrong?

well what's weird after I reboot manually just shutting it off I see all software is installed with no problems.. what would cause system to be stuck in windows logo spinning and not rebooting when finished.

Any installer that is not silently installed.
Looking at the screenshot, is Office installer silent or it needs something when ran?
Make sure to add a silent installer parameter to it if needed/possible.

I have it added as Silent in the SFX on office 2016.. I will try and add quiet switch on the post setup and see if that works.

It's not a guessing game, test it in a virtual machine or your real one if it installs without prompting for any user input.
Then mimic that in the Post-setup, it just executes what you tell it, like a script.

The installer which prompts and stops until something is clicked, using the parameters given, is the one stopping the install.
 
Finally figured it out.... for whatever reason InfoPath was the issue. I removed in from the install from office MSP and everything is working. I figured it out when I ran the setupcomplete.cmd I am curious why its seeing infopath installed twice? is their an app in Windows 10 Enterprise with InfoPath?
