[Solved] Installing Windows 7 on HM370 Coffee Lake notebook

5077 working fine, so was the previous driver though. Updatitus strikes again

my latest update: i got my notebook starts freezing second by second and after about 30 seconds goes completely unusable, all that with browsing and especialy during videocall both chrome/mozzila after some days and some more formats/installations so i decide to install only the gpu 630 driver...and everything its ok.
the ignored drivers is: chipset/thermal/intel management engine

my notebook is lighting fast now and everything i use works without any problem..gtav,photoshop,lightroom,sony vegas and more.
about wifi i got an usb wifi stick.

vagenrider heres a little(work in progress) preview pressy, w7 barebone services with networking(list).
will be compiled into reg and cmd files once ive fiddled with it a bit more.

heres a screen grab, ive got all drivers installed so you cant see the true savings on a non driver installed install :(

thanks mate for sharing your work, will study this. by the way last night again the same..during the video call the screen initially closes and after 5 seconds the notebook. what do you think causes this? to note here that this only happens in video calling. i think is faulty gpu driver/web cam

havnt got a clue. you put a square peg in a round hole, theres bound to be issues.

there is good reason i got 2 w7(+w8.1 capable, both factory options) laptops, i didnt want all the pratting around.

new services file later today, reg and cmd. you will need to remove 3 entries as i have disabled wireless lan etc, will tell you which.
will need to run Elevated with Power Run if not integrating.

drivers i use:

clanger pack
UHD 630 drivers by speter2
soundcard official asus win10 drivers
chipset official asus win10 drivers
cardreader official asus win10 drivers
1050ti official nvidia
-----------------------------------------

not working:
bluetooth
wifi
touchpad
Did you ever get the touchpad working? I also have a ASUS laptop and I cannot get the touchpad to work. Also, can I get the patched UEFI ISO. I don't think I'm experienced enough to make UEFI ISO. I tried and failed miserably many many time, even after following though what was mentioned here and every other guide. I tried to get the touchpad working on Win 7 installed though CSM, which affected the Intel UHD driver since windows refused to boot after installing the UHD 630 driver.
