Some questions about integrating Language Packs and Localized FODs

I have Windows 10 v21H1 build 19043.928 [en-US] iso image... So to integrate [en-GB] language pack do I have to use the LP from same Win10 build 19043.928 by searching from https://uupdump.net/findfiles.php?id=7a5865a5-d344-45ee-91ff-4083a6cd9131&q=en-gb
OR
can I integrate [en-GB] language pack from different Win10 build 19043.1320 (Latest one) ?? https://uupdump.net/findfiles.php?id=944e23d7-c6b8-4cf0-81db-519fef2ede71&q=en-gb
Also there are some language pack specific FODs like MS-Paint, WordPad, Notepad, PowerShell-ISE, Printing etc. with amd64 & wow64 packages present.... Question is do I have to Integrate those FODs with both packages (amd64 & wow64) into final image or not ??

Those two language packs are most likely identical, they don't change when the build version updates. If you wanted to pick, stay with .928 image for consistency. To download the official 19043 FOD's without UUP, follow this MS article.

There's no need for the Wow64 FOD packages on a 64-bit system. You're unlikely to run the 32-bit versions of the same programs. If you prefer to keep them, they don't take up much space.
