Start menu crashing Explorer + Language packs not downloading

Hi gilius,
to have feature enabling protected, start fresh and make sure to enable Windows Update and Optional Features compatibility option in Components - toolbar - Compatibility.
Then once it works, you are free to report if any of it was too protected.
As for the start menu, let me know if you still have any of the two issues with the protection enabled, send me the new preset and allow me to test it.
Keep me updated.

The start menu issue was caused by this missing component: Windows apps > Search (not "Windows Search" from a different section).
Features are already protected and I'm still not sure what's causing the language pack problems. I only have hardware/drivers/network sections left to check - could be something to do with the Raspberry Pi or the version of Insider I'm using.
