Sticky Notes Broken, what have i removed

Hi all,

Working on a custom Build windows 10, Sticky notes has broken on me (See images it is a blank grey screen when you press ctrl + W and then click Sticky notes) I wanted sticky notes out anyways to stop the user from accessing it . one noticing that it was broke I first tried a GPO disable the CTRL + W hotkey but this doesn't work, so I'm going to allow access to sticky notes. but what component should go back to get this working.

Always a good idea to attach the preset - then it's easy to see what you had removed - what Windows version etc.
