Here's where I would start in solving this thread:
1) Try a default Windows install, since problems like this can be unrelated to NTLite.
2) What tweaks have you done to the image and/or BIOS that may have caused this?
3) Always post a preset XML if you used NTLite to modify the image.
4) There's many threads here for the same question, did you search those?
5) There's many results on Google for the same question, did you search those?
6) What have you tried so far to fix it, and how did that go?
