I want to Sysprep LTSC 1809 during Setup. I want to add my updates to SetupComplete.cmd, restart as required then Sysprep before i get to OOBE, can this be done? I think there is a Sysprep option in Unattended page but i dont want to use an answer file. Can i Sysprep from SetupComplete.cmd or do i have to Sysprep from the Unattended page?
Should i do dism clean/resetbase before Sysprep?

Servicing Stack update,
Enabled .Net 3.5
.Net 4.8,
CU,
Nets CU,
Disable Features,
Disable Capabilities,
Dism clean/resetbase,
Sysprep
Capture.
any restarts as required.
