Sysprepping keeps on failing

I made an image in Hyper-V. I sysprepped it. The sysprep ran and finished, however upon deployment I noticed it hadn't removed the one user account I used to build the image.

I used a 'Take Ownership Registry Hack', activated Office 2021 with a PS script and also installed a pre-activated Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. Kaspersky Security Cloud Free and HitmanPro were also installed. PowerISO was also installed and activated. All software were activated prior to sysprep.

Can someone please shed light on what may have caused the sysprepping to fail in that this one user account was NOT removed, albeit it should have been?

Sysprep is done at the OOBE stage and temporarily activates the built in Administrator account which gets deactivated during sysprep.
You have created a user account which sysprep will not deactivate
All your activations will fail during deployment due to different hardware and volume id's.
