I've got both Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider and Volume Shadow Copy services enabled but i get this error, how can i fix this problem?
and i've also done the UpperFilters

We have no idea what changes you've made. Please attach your preset (after removing any user password or license key).

oh i did not use Ntlie i used back my normal os bc of the preset xml removed it
