Excuse me Please:
I am attempting to hone a win7u sp1 64bit install on an Alienware system using the OEM disk as source.
I am using NTLv1.6.3.6440 64bit and Clanger's W7-Lite-v4 preset.

I have received the error while integrating .msu patches for an off-line store.

Aborted - Package integration [13]
The data is invalid.

(having difficulty remembering where find the .log file, please remind me for inclusion, if need be)

is this error enough to render understanding as to what I have done incorrectly?

Successful & auto-activated install using the OEM Disk, the v1.8.0.6776 and replaced oobe.cmd;
I learned also that the "backup-" text needs to be removed from the file name of the backed-up cert that is placed in \scripts\ directory as the oobe.cmd calls specifically for it by name.
You can change the certificate name to Alienware, Alien or AW and edit the oobe.cmd to match the file name. Also you can create a folder, move the certificate there and edit the oobe.cmd (add the path to the file: cert-dir\Alienware.xrm-ms).

I'll be here helping as much as i can.

aye.
I think that was the problem I experienced previously--neglected to rename the text/cert to match.
All seems to be working well thus far!

Excuse me for reviving this thread, but I have a particular issue with the current install where a specific program can not get installed, no error, just log of the vague M$ Error 1000 which states something is missing or being prevented. This program was the very first install after newly installed (again) OS booted. [I did a fresh install/boot to assure it was not something I misconfigured]
Is there a way to easily determine differences between .ISO NTLite installs? or the .xml presets?
I ask this as I had no issue with install of preset "A" I named [NTLite v1.63.6440 saved preset [Perfect-Keep(re-add Search)]] and thought preset "B" [Auto-saved session {C6A6EE37-BB13-4292-97A4-577761654060}] was the same.
Any help in finding the one/few items that are different that I may correct my error would be greatly appreciated.

well, I am unsure if this thread is being viewed, however, for posterity, I pasted the contents of each of the above .xml files into [https://text-compare.com/] and have a result; This results shows the components either removed, or patches added, which hopefully will help in finding the singular component WFC uses to install.
