Unchecking Internet Explorer JScript or something inside it breaks the MMC Extended View

If I uncheck Internet Explorer JScript or something inside it, the MMC Extended View is broken after installing Windows (the information on the left of each service vanishes) and Internet Explorer is removed but I don't have this problem if I uncheck Internet Explorer JScript - 32 bits or something inside it, although Internet Explorer isn't removed since it still shows on the Optional Feature list after installing Windows and I can still open it.

What's odd is that if I don't mess with Internet Explorer JScript and Internet Explorer JScript - 32 bits and uncheck Internet Explorer on NTLite's Feature tab, I can't open Internet Explorer but it still shows up on the Optional Feature list as an installed app after installing Windows and after unchecking Internet Explorer JScript or something inside it NTLite stating Internet Explorer will be removed in its Features tab but it still shows up on the Optional Feature list as an installed feature after installing Windows and I can still open it. Why does Internet Explorer show up in these lists in the first place even if I don't mess with it on Features On Demand (NTLite's Features tab)? It should be removed and not show up on these lists. I used a Windows 10 Enterprise 2004 19041.1 x64 pt-pt image.

Internet explorer is needed for every freaking thing, if it was easy to remove microsoft would have done it ages ago. even microsoft is not creating anything so embedded like that again. everything is capsule app styled that can be removed...

just leave internet explorer.

Do you also have this problem?

It should have been that "Internet Explorer HTML Viewer" is the one needed for that, as its description states, but IE engine was merged with IE UI removal few versions back.
Will check this and make sure it's in the HTML Viewer.
Reporting back when I have more info, thanks.

What would that change, did I miss something?

Anyway, fixed/moved the MMC Extended View removal to IE HTML Viewer (64 bit) in the next version.
As it should have been judging from the description, by mistake it was in IE removal.
So as you like to reask obvious questions, yes, IE HTML Viewer is needed for MMC Extended View.

Features on demand uses the Windows removal engine, it will remove whatever it sees in the package, it does not segment like NTLite.
Component being turned off/uninstalled in FODs, will still be able to be returned with FOD packages, that is why it's there in the list.

I find out new things after some tests.

But even if I keep IE HTML Viewer and uncheck something inside it MMC Extended View is broken and components removed on Features On Demand (NTLite's Features tab) should show up on the Optional Feature History list as uninstalled features after installing Windows, not on the Optional Feature list as installed features like it does after unchecking Internet Explorer JScript or something inside it in NTLite. The problem is: why does Internet Explorer show up in these lists in the first place even if I don't mess with it on Features On Demand (NTLite's Features tab)? It should be removed and not show up on these lists.

There are two important things: one is this MMC Extended View problem caused by unchecking Internet Explorer JScript or something inside it and the other is wanting to remove Internet Explorer without causing this problem. I even got to the point of not causing the first problem but Internet Explorer still showing up on the Optional Feature list as an installed feature after installing Windows but not being able to open it and to the point of not causing the first problem but Internet Explorer still showing up on the Optional Feature list as an installed feature after installing Windows and being able to open it.

Which part of "fixed ... in the next version" is not clear.
This is getting annoying to repeat everything ten times.

You must keep IE HTML Viewer in the next version for MMC Extended View support, as stated in its description.
Since IE JScript is the parent of IE HTML Viewer, it's kinda logical that needs to be kept as well.

After just removing IE, I don't see it in FODs, nor in Windows nor in NTLite list. Maybe CU returned it if you installed one after.

When next version is out tomorrow night, let me know how it goes, until then try not to repeat things.

You didn't get it and the following is what is getting annoying to repeat everything ten times. I already said I kept IE HTML Viewer and I still have this problem. I didn't install any CU since I already integrated the latest one. Try to read again what I write next time.

Are you seriously going to repeat that you kept IE HTML Viewer and I need to draw it to you that it would matter only in the next version where the fix is.
Thread closed as this is pointless, you are simply lacking self-reflection in any shape or form.
