Update file location

If you meant where are updates downloaded.
You can see it in File - Settings, Update Cache.
Default is NTLite install folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\NTLite) \Updates.

I want to find the internet explorer file but i cant find it
 
What version of Windows? W7 & 8 have specific updates for IE11. W10 monthly updates (CU) include IE fixes.
 
IE11 fixes are part of all W10 monthly updates. Which means you can't block IE changes, when CU gets installed.
MS does this to force IE users into moving to Edge, since IE will be retired June 2022.
 
LTSB/LTSC editions are not affected by IE11 changes, it will be supported until each EOL
only LTSC 2021 gets Microsoft Edge
