KB5000864 is listed twice - once in the top section and again at the bottom listed as "external".
There is a slight size difference between the two, but both are able to be selected and integrated. If both are integrated, the log looks identical for each.
Just for clarity, I think it would be nice to remove the second entry if it's not their for a reason.
Also, I need to use KB4535680. It is listed as "external" without any description at all - any chance of adding a description to it also for clarity?
